I am a consultant, facilitator and coach with over 20 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector, as a worker from volunteer to leader, and supporting boards to frontline workers as a consultant and facilitator.

I support organisations to improve Trust, Collaboration, Communication, and Leadership capacity, to spend less time reacting and firefighting, reduce unnecessary costs and leading to stronger, self-sustaining high performing teams, where difference is valued, and people are energised to come to work. Teams and leadership have more capacity to achieve the organisations purpose through innovation, collaborative and strategic growth.

I combine my passion for work in the not-for-profit sector with work in the commercial sector as an associate facilitator and consultant. This allows me to adapt best-practice and expertise from the corporate world to suit the values and needs, and impact, mission-driven organisations.​​
